Card Compatibility & Usage
Will my metal card work with my current bank card?
Yes! Our metal cards are designed to work globally with most cards that have a chip and magnetic stripe. However, we currently only support cards with small chip sizes. You can check your chip size here before placing an order.
Will my metal card work at ATMs?
Yes, but we recommend using ATMs with partial card insertion. Due to the heavier weight of metal cards, some ATMs that require full insertion may struggle to eject them. To avoid issues, use machines where part of the card remains visible during the transaction.
Does contactless payment work?
Yes! We offer metal cards with contactless payment functionality. However, a small percentage of chips may not be compatible. To ensure your card works seamlessly, we recommend checking with our support team before placing an order.
Card Expiry & Security
What should I do if my card is about to expire?
Our metal cards function the same as your regular bank card. If your card is nearing its expiration date, request a replacement from your bank before sending it to us. Your new card will have the same details, ensuring a smooth transition to your customized metal card.
What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Contact your bank immediately. Your metal card should be treated just like any other debit or credit card.
Customization & Design
What can I put on my card?
Almost anything! You have full creative freedom to personalize your card. However, you are responsible for ensuring your design does not violate any copyright or trademark laws.
Is it possible to add more than one image for customization?
Yes! You can include multiple images in your design. If you need help arranging them, feel free to contact us for design assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping, so you can receive your custom card no matter where you are.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the Philippines. For international orders, we provide express shipping with tracking for a flat rate of $15.
How do I send my card to you?
You can use any mailing service of your choice to send us your card. Our shipping address will be provided in your order confirmation email after checkout.
